Bay, Malta. A rare find in this day and age of modern developments, this
family holiday home is approved and licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority
and is available for short term rent throughout the year.
Our St. Paul’s Bay house of character is a traditional Maltese comfortable
residence boasting traditional Maltese architectural features such as
patterned floors, wooden beams, high ceilings and many other rustic features
which have been painstakingly maintained and kept over the years. Although
the house is over 100 years old, it offers all the mod cons necessary
to comfortable living today.
The house has stunning sea views of the bay of St. Paul’s Bay as
well as St. Paul’s Islands where it is rumored that St .Paul was
shipwrecked, in fact a statue dedicated to St. Paul now commands center
stage on the largest island and faces inwards, a familiar sight for the
local residents. Our house is well located; close to the village core
yet away from the bustle. It has direct access to the sea and is close
to the best sandy beaches in Malta. Being so well located, there is a
healthy choice of shops and different facilities within walking distance
from the house. In under ten minutes walk from the house you have access
to : restaurants, wine bar, café, bakery, sweet shop, stationery,
‘corner shop’, green grocer, butcher, fresh fish shop, banks,
hairdresser, chemist, beautician, clothes shop, dentist, optician, doctor,
Mac Donalds and many more!

Complimentary food pack on arrival which includes:
Fruit basket (selection of fruit in season), coffee, tea, sugar, milk,
butter, bread, ham, cheese, bottled water and toilet paper.
Linen and towel change once a week.
Use of house, garden and contents.
Consumption of Water and cooking gas are included in the rate, together with a 10EUR card for Electricity. Extra electricity consumption has to be paid for by card by the clients.
