Step 2 -
Subject to availability, which will be notified within 48 hours
following your initial enquiry (step 1), we will email you our booking form. Then
return it together with a 25 %
deposit of the total cost, which is held on account of total price.
Payments may be effected by Bank Transfer only. Upon receipt of your
form and deposit we will supply you with confirmation of your reservation.

Holiday reservations will be considered
cancelled if booking form is not received duly filled together with
deposit within four weeks (or equivalent) of reservation date.
OTHER SERVICES:
Airport Transfer.
On your request we may arrange for a transfer from and/or to airport
at a cost of Euro 35 per taxi each way. We strongly advise that you
make use of this service especially on arrival as we use a local
taxi service which is well acquainted with the area, so as to avoid
difficulties with the location of the premises.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Complimentary food pack on arrival which includes:
Fruit basket (selection of fruit in season), coffee, tea, sugar, milk,
butter, bread, ham, cheese, bottled water and toilet paper.
Linen and towel change once a week.
Use of house, garden and contents.
Consumption of Water and cooking gas are included in the rate, together with a 10EUR card for Electricity. Extra electricity consumption has to be paid for by card by the clients.
Amenities and appliances as follows:
TV including basic Cable Reception (service may be upgraded at an extra
charge); Radio/ Cassette/ CD Player; Washing Machine; Fridge/freezer;
Gas Cooker (gas provided); Microwave; Electric Kettle, Toaster and Coffee
Machine; Iron and Ironing Board; Hair Dryer; Fans/ Heaters. Bed Linen;
Bath, hand and beach towels are also provided.

Choose from a list of carefully selected products according to your tastes

The shopping baskets will be available at the house upon your arrival,
you pay only for the cost of the ordered shopping and no service charge

We may arrange a tour in advance for those interested in investing in
local property.
Kindly note that we do not provide the services
(except for the pre-ordered shopping) listed above but we may make arrangements
on your behalf for these activities/facilities. Any relationship created
by availing yourselves of these services will be strictly between yourselves
and the company providing such service/facility. It is your responsibility
to examine and understand any terms and conditions connected with any
of the above offered. All the companies we refer you to with are fully
licensed and equipped according to law to provide relevant services. Furthermore
we do not accept any liability / responsibility for any damages, injuries,
torts etc arising in conjunction with any of these services /activities.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR BOOKING:
Your accommodation will be available from 1400 Hrs
on day of arrival and premises are to be vacated at 1200 Hrs on day of
departure. Late check out may be available depending on whether or not
there is a successive holiday booking. The information provided by yourselves
in the booking form refers to the number of nights accommodation reserved
for you. If your flight arrives at night your accommodation will be ready
for you and that night will count as one of your holiday nights. It is
standard international practice to vacate premises at noon even though
your flight may leave later on in the day.
Premises are to be kept and left in same clean and
orderly state as found any objects which are removed or damaged are to
be paid for or replaced.
Please Note that price includes Water and Electricity
Consumption.
Cancellations:
Kindly note that your booking is secured upon payment of a deposit of
25% of total cost of holiday, any cancellation after this time will result
in forfeit of deposit unless cancelled 3 months in advance of stay. Any
cancellation within 1 month of reserved dates of holiday will incur an
additional 25 % of total price, to recover a portion of the losses incurred.
Cancellations in the number of persons booked are subject to the loss
of the deposit plus 25% of the rate.
